CAN I BRING IN MY OWN RENTAL ITEMS? (CHAIRS, LINENS, TENTS, ETC.)
Yes, you may bring your own rental items. Note: All chairs must have proper chair glides on legs to prevent damage to floors HPAC does not provide any tablecloths or linens.
DOES HARRIET PERFORMING ARTS CENTER PROVIDE ANY
HPAC has various audio/visual equipment available. Please speak with HPAC expert
staff to discuss your needs.
HOW LONG BEFORE THE EVENT DO I HAVE ACCESS TO THE SPACE?
Typically you will have access to the space at least 2 hours before the start time of your event. At this time, the tables, chairs, and any rental items provided through the Harriet Performing Arts Center will be set according to a layout you have approved.
WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
All deposits are nonrefundable-nontransferable. Cancellation of the facility rental for any reason other than an act of nature or public calamity shall not relieve the lessee from the obligation of the rental fee.
CAN I HAVE THE SPACE FOR MORE THAN 6 HOURS FOR MY EVENT?
Yes, there is an additional fee of $25/hour for rentals past the 6 hours
allotted event time.
DO YOU HAVE ANY DÉCOR RESTRICTIONS? (CONFETTI, GLITTER, ETC.)
All candles must be an enclosed flame (i.e. in a glass container).
Confetti, Glitter, Balloons, Bubbles, and Artificial Flowers are NOT permitted.
HOW LATE CAN MY EVENT LAST?
All events must end by midnight.
WHAT CLEANUP IS REQUIRED AFTER MY EVENT?
You must take out any items that you brought in. Harriet Performing Arts Center staff will break down all tables, chairs, and rental items provided by HPAC.
CAN I BRING IN MY OWN ALCOHOL?
Yes, you may provide your own alcohol. Harriet Performing Arts Center is able to
provide ABC licensed bartenders for an additional fee.
ARE THERE ANY POLICIES RELATED TO CHILDREN?
HPAC provides a space that can be used as an activity room for ages 8 - 11. Children
ages 7 years old and under are not permitted unless accompanied by a responsible person ages 18 or older at all times.
